    Sian has over 20 year experience in Consumer Electronics and IT markets within Retail, B2B and Distribution. Specialising in EMEA she has worked in over 30 countries and expanded businesses in to new territories. Working for global companies like Techdata and Toshiba she has more recently focused on tech start-ups like Kokoon, Mayku, Primo and Silentmode.

    Pete has spent the last 30 years working for Distributors, Resellers and Vendors. Mainly specialising in the B2B and Education sector he has worked for Global companies like Techdata, BT, and Netgear. An inspiring and influential business leader with experience in delivering strong revenue growth and profitability.

  • Paul Hofland Business Development, Logistics & Supply Chain

    Paul has 25 years experience working for big name brands like Toshiba. He has held senior roles in product management and supply chain management and later moved in sales and business development.

  • Mark Grover Business Development Manager

    Mark has over 20 years experience selling consumer electronics, PC and gaming peripherals and software solutions. He has worked in the UK and across Europe. Mark has an excellent understanding of the UK market with direct experience of managing omnichannel retail, etail, catalogue and distribution customers.

  • Ian Gahan Back Office Manager

    Ian has over 20 years experience working within IT Distribution. Becoming part of Noima 2 years ago he has improved our back office systems and helped to develop our structure a a business.

  • Darren Calow Business Development Manager

    Darren has over 20 years experience in the IT Industry, predominately in the Consumer Electronic and Distribution arena’s.   Darren has spent the last 12 years working for household names such as Samsung, HP and Lenovo where he has gained an extensive knowledge, and network, of UK Retailers.

  • Debby Evans Business Development Manager

    Debby has worked in managerial positions in large corporations across her career. Debby has spent the last 14 years working for one of the UK’s largest Consumer Electronics retailers as a regional manager. She has vast experience of training and setting up large sales teams and also has financial qualifications.

  • Alex Harrison
    Alex Harrison Sales and Operations Assistant

    Alex joined us via the UK Government Kickstart scheme, and we were so impressed with his work ethic and character that we wanted him to become a permanent member of the team! He keeps our office running, works on the logistics team and assists in organising events and manages our online stores.
