We will define a specific sales strategy for each country and region. This plan will include all routes to market and the costs. We develop pricing strategies and forecast stock quantities by country.
For countries you would like to enter we would do the following:
- We would implement a specific sales strategy for the next 3, 6 and 12 months. The complete overview would list all Distributors, key channels, customers and market segments you should target.
- Help develop a pricing strategy for each country. This needs to look at the product cost and competitor pricing and take into consideration all the logistics, sales costs, retailer and distributor margins which vary from country to country.
- Forecasting. Once initial meetings within new countries have been set up and contracts signed we would do complete forecasting for each country.
